Digital Works is under new management, Barbara Perrin is now the president and owner of the company. She brings with her a decade of experience in the print industry - three of them as the Operations Manager for Digital Works Inc.

Barbara's comments: There is always something that people are proud of that brings them joy and happiness. Working with people and helping them achieve a polished and professional image is a wonderful thing to be able to give.

Living in Sandusky, Ohio we have always had the same printers in town with little or no option as to where to get your work completed locally and without limitations to they files that they will accept. It was once stated to me "we are the only game in town, they have no choice but to bring their work here."

Digital Works promises to focus on our core asset - OUR CUSTOMERS and let them know that their choices are not limited. We are focused on getting results and service to you - our customers. This effort includes bringing quality products and services at reasonable prices.

I am the fourth generation of Higgins' to grow up in Sandusky. My grandfather was an engraver for Hinde-Dauche Paper Company and reproduced many photographs for Charles E. Frohman's recounts on the Erie County. I take great pride in my roots."

Torrence Smith is the Vice President and other owner, focusing on customer service and business infrastructure. He has studied on the masters' level and more importantly, spent several years in customer service and problem solving as an engineer.

Torrence's comments: "I'm for the Midwest (read that Minnesota) so Ohio feels a lot like home. Only it's warmer here. On the business side, we've got a great team. You can keep watching us because improvements are already planned to make your life easier and your products better."

What we do: We are a full service custom commercial print facility, providing such items as film, hi res scanning, large format posters, 1 to 4 color in line printing, web site development, marketing and layout and design.

For our existing customers: You may notice your invoices will have a new look! The will be addressed from BT Imaging Inc. dba Digital Works. If you have an invoice you have not submitted for payment yet, there's no need to be concerned, the physical location of the business is the same, so just leave our card in your rolodex and send your check to the same address.
